K-pop Fanatic ("we," "us," "our") is operated by K-pop Fanatic LLC, 1834 Trestle Glen Road, Piedmont, CA 94610. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit kpopfanatic.com or buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our site, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, order details, and anything you send us through contact forms, email, or reviews.
• Payment information: payments are handled by Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other processors. We never see or store your full card number.
• Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, pages you view, products you add to your cart, how you arrived at our site, and similar activity data. We collect this through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

How we use your information

• To process, ship, and track your orders, including preorders
• To answer your questions and handle returns, refunds, and exchanges
• To send order updates and, if you opt in, news about comebacks, restocks, and promotions
• To understand how our site is used and improve it
• To show you relevant ads on social media and measure whether those ads work

Cookies, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel

Our site uses cookies and tracking pixels. Some are needed for the store to work, such as keeping items in your cart. Others help us with analytics and advertising.

Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram). We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. These tools share information with Meta about your activity on our site - such as pages viewed, products added to cart, and purchases - along with identifiers like your IP address, browser details, and, in hashed form, your email or phone number. Meta uses this to help us show ads to people on Facebook and Instagram, build audiences of people similar to our customers, and measure how our ads perform. Meta may combine it with other information it holds about you under Meta's Privacy Policy.

TikTok Pixel. We use the TikTok Pixel and TikTok Events API, provided by TikTok. These share similar information with TikTok - site activity, device and browser data, IP address, and hashed contact details - so we can show ads on TikTok, reach people likely to be interested in our products, and measure results. TikTok's use of this data is described in TikTok's Privacy Policy.

Your choices about tracking:

• Use the "Your Privacy Choices" link in our footer to turn off advertising cookies and pixels.
• We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out of sharing for advertising.
• Adjust ad settings in your Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some site features may stop working if you do.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help run our store: Shopify (our e-commerce platform), payment processors, shipping carriers and customs brokers, email and SMS marketing tools, and customer support tools

EU/UK visitors: we process your data to fulfill your orders (contract), to run and improve our store (legitimate interests), to meet legal obligations, and - for advertising cookies and pixels - based on your consent.

Marketing emails and texts

We only send marketing messages if you sign up. You can unsubscribe using the link in any email or by replying STOP to any text. We'll still send messages about your orders.

How long we keep your information

We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, tax, and legal purposes, typically 7 years. We keep other information only as long as it's useful for the purposes in this policy.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no website or data transfer is completely secure.

International transfers

We are based in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US and other countries where our service providers operate.

Children
